Forced spring bulbs for the crocheted pot with a face. A tulip closed into a cup by its final round, a daffodil whose trumpet flares off one row of double crochet with no wire in it, and a hyacinth packed with twelve small florets. Every plant is built on its own soil plug that grips over the pot rim, so it lifts out whole and another one drops in.
