HookieNest sells digital crochet patterns only. There is no physical shipping, no delivery address is required for fulfillment, and no shipping fee is charged.

Delivery method

After your payment is successfully processed, your PDF pattern is delivered electronically. A download link is shown or sent to the email address used at checkout. Download and save the file to your device for future use.

Delivery time

Digital files are normally available immediately after checkout. In some cases, payment review or email delivery may cause a short delay.

If your download email is missing

• Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
• Confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
• Allow a few minutes for payment processing and email delivery.

If the link does not arrive or does not work, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will help you access your files.

No physical goods

Product photos show examples made from the patterns. Finished crochet items, yarn, hooks, and other materials are not included unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
