10 in 1 Christmas Cup Cozy Crochet Pattern

Skill: intermediate. Uses joined single crochet rounds, flat single crochet rows, increases, decreases, bobbles, picots, twisted cord and sewing.

Materials and fit

Use worsted / aran cotton and a 4.0 mm hook, adjusted to meet gauge. Gauge: 17 sc and 20 rows per 10 cm. Add a yarn needle, scissors, tape measure and stitch markers; for a mug wrap add one 15 mm button and sewing thread. The PDF includes estimated yardage per design and version.

The sleeve is sized for a 12 oz / 350 ml paper hot cup, approximately 11 cm tall, 9 cm across at the rim and 6 cm across at the base. The wrap fits around a straight-sided reference mug 8.2 cm across and 9.5 cm tall, with the strap threaded through the handle opening. Measure your own cup or mug and follow the resizing guidance.

Hand wash gently, reshape and dry flat. Never place the cozy in a microwave. Keep small buttons and decorations away from young children.
